i've always had a love/hate relationship with exercise. when i'm in shape and going to the gym on a regular basis; i feel terrible if i miss one day. i can actually feel my mood change. but if exercise starts to slowly work its way out of my daily routine...the thought of lacing up the nikes is less than appealing. thankfully i'm getting back into the routine and it feels great. tomorrow i'm thinking of going for a jog.
