today i decided to take a look at my fridge a do a mental "swot analysis" (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats). currently my fridge contains the following:
atkins shakes
activia yogurt
random condiments
eggs
grapes
cheese
salad greens
chicken strips
organic milk
strength - most items would be considered healthy.
weakness - not enough variety, unless i want to have creative salads for the rest of the week.
opportunity - there are plently of online resources to find inspiration for a fridge makeover.
threat - i will surely get bored and head to the mcdonalds on the corner unless i can get more creative with my food options at home.
