there is nothing i love more than simple meals and snacks. for me, living the single girl's life means quick and easy breakfast, lunch and dinner...since i'm only preparing food for one. lately i've been eating fresh slices of grapefruit, simple salads, yogurt and granola.

discoverd i love salad greens tossed with scallops, almonds, cheese shreds and ginger dressing...yum!
